Next to a Santa Claus World so that is a plus if you are with kids. Only one wc and one shower per gender. A big minus for 6 amper fuses. You cannot really use any electrical equipment with 6 amps only. Area is next to a truck diesel station, so you might wake to sounds of a truck stopping to refill in the middle of the night.Would I come back: Yes
