auto-translated: Beautiful location with a view of the lake at the foot of Mount Saana. Simple pitches. Sanitary facilities and kitchen not brand new but tidy and clean. You can start a hike up the Saana directly from the pitch. There is a jetty opposite the campsite. From here you can take a boat across the lake in the direction of the 3 countries triangle. From there you have to walk another 3 kilometres to the border point. The boat waits 2 hours, which we personally think is a bit short. We had to hurry for the 6 kilometres. The return journey now costs €60 per person. There is also a restaurant and a souvenir shop in the reception building.

auto-translated: The tent meadow is extremely uneven and also well attended. Is probably because there is no other campsite far and wide. Finding a straight pitch is almost impossible unless you have a tiny tent. If the tent is a bit bigger it becomes difficult. There is an outdoor kitchen with seating, barbecue huts and the sauna can be used for free. The sanitary facilities are clean and there are lockable single showers. You should not be afraid of reindeer, they like to run over the place.

auto-translated: A professional friendly tone at the reception tames the many campers in line. The place is well filled but ok. The sanitary facilities are clean and sufficient. Most campers are hikers who have few demands on the place. Especially the kitchen is clean, very comfortable and practically furnished.

The place was overall clean and big where you could park your mobile homes and put your tents. The bathrooms and toilets were clean.
The summer kitchen was roomy and in there was four different tables to cook. You didn’t have to bring your own pans and kettles as those were there already. It was easy and fast to cook there.
You could also see reindeers wich wondered around the area and in the night you could hear their bells ringing as they walked through the camping area.
The reception parking place was pretty crowded atleast now when there was a lot of people having their vacations.
The car places for campers were very small, if you could fit your car near your tent you were lucky.
The sides where you could put your tent were bumpy and some places hilly. And this time of the year it was full of tents side by side.
There was very good access to different little hiking routes for example the route up to the Saana. There was also chances to get to the meeting point of the three borders of Sweden, Norway and Finland by boat. You could also walk there by going in the hiking routes.
There was a shop and gas station close by so you could buy all the things you needed from there.
Over all a good place to stay for a night. A little too pricey but I would still go there again.

auto-translated: Pitches between permanent campers or their annexes. Seems untidy. Sauna free of charge. But the showers are not only in the sauna area but also relatively expensive. Occasionally reindeer roam the site.

auto-translated: We were there for two nights. Sanitary outdated but OK. Showers free of charge. One night for two 36€ - the most expensive thing we paid in Scandinavia so far. The location is nevertheless good - beautiful view from the square and hiking routes nearby. The border triangle can also be easily reached from here (either by boat - 20€ for 25min drive per person - or on foot along a 16 km long hiking trail. But it's worth it! The view on the hiking trail is lonely.
All in all a completely overpriced place - good for one or two nights - but nothing more. There is also a sauna .... open for men and women separately from 18-22 o'clock.
