Kouvola city is famous of its ugly concrete stackhouses. seems like camping area design follows that style. very dull area, no trees, no nature.
and, nearby highway causes lot of noises - be sure to have pair of earplugs with you.
pros: everything works ok, nice restaurant/terrace nearby.
