The reception is only open to a very limited extent. You can always get a pitch, but in the new sanitary building you need a credit card for the shower, dishwasher and washing machine, which you can only get at reception. In the old sanitary building you can shower with 20¢ coins.
The campsite has its own bathing lake, but I didn't try it out. There is also a restaurant and a vending machine from a local farmer.
