Raufarhafnar Camping

Campsite is inside a horseshoe wall, which blocks off wind but also most of the view. During my stay, there was no paper in any of the dispensers in the bathrooms, both for drying hands and toilet paper. Nobody came to collect the fee, instead you are directed to go to either of two places, a shop that is out of business or the swimming pool next door that has very limited opening hours. Closes at 7pm and isn't open till 10am. Also it is closed between 12pm and 4pm. So if you arrive late and plan on early start the day after like I did, then there is really no option to pay. Had to delay my departure about 2 hours which can be bad on a cycle tour. Also the bathrooms were dirty and trashbins filled with trash. Looked like nobody was taking care of the place.
