Facilities are under re-construction. No washers. Only one WC for women and one for men, for the whole camp!! Long lines!! Do not recommend at this time. We stay the night of 12 Jun 24.

We stayed two nights to discover Húsavik. We payed online but around midnight a guy knocked at our car to check if we payed..? That was weird haha.. The facilities were not very tidy but okay. There is a room with a stove and a water cooker. The view is incredible though and you can walk everywhere! Restaurants, harbor and stuff is just around the corner! It was very quiet and relaxing!

Should have been open in May already (we were there after May 15th), but everything was closed!!! We payed online for the campground before we checked the facilities and sadly everything was closed. If we had seen earlier, we wouldn’t have paid for the stay. No water, no shower, not even a toilet. Very small campground next to the main road and a soccer field on top. Check the facilities before you book online :-)

Its a nice camping, next to the road but almost no traffic so for us it was fine. Because of wale watching it got full, some guys didnt get in late so don't come to late at night.
Its not super clean but its okey. Its 1500 pp for 1 Night, for two night its 50% off and 3th night is free. There are two toilets, one little kitchen with electricity for charging stuff
