It was very reasonable (just NOK 160) paid with cash in an envelope because the owner didn't want to be dragged out to deal with us. This suited both us and him. We had a special cyclists' kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils and cooking implements, together with table and comfy chairs. There was a washing machine and dryer.
